How many names can I add?
You can add 1 to 5 names on the necklace. Simply enter the names in the personalization box before placing your order.
Yes, we did have 6 name options, but that was discontinued due to quality issues. We are working to bring it back. Please share your feedback on support@kindmiracle.com

How long does personalization take?
Each necklace is custom made, so personalization takes 2–4 business days, and then your order is shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 5–10 business days after the necklace is made and shipped. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
Can I choose different name lengths?
Yes, you can add different names, but longer names will appear slightly smaller so that all names fit beautifully on the necklace. Currently per name there is 10 character limit.
Will the necklace fade or tarnish?
The necklace is made from high-quality materials designed for everyday wear. It is anti-tarnish and nickel-free, making it safe for sensitive skin.
Can I add names later?
Because each piece is made specifically for your order, names cannot be changed after the order is placed, so please double-check the spelling before ordering.
