How long does it take?
Personalized pieces ship in 5–7 business days.
What is your jewelry made of?
Solid 316L stainless steel with an 18K gold PVD finish — vacuum-bonded rather than electroplated, so it holds its colour through daily wear instead of wearing back at the edges.
Can I return a personalized piece?
Personalized orders are final sale, but we'll happily replace anything that arrives damaged. Non-personalized pieces can be returned within 30 days.
